Maple Sugar Candy
This Maple Sugar is in Leaf Form and is cooked to a higher temperature, cooled and stirred in a Maple Sugar Machine. It then runs into different rubber molds and is cooled and packaged.
Our pure maple sugar candy is made from the very best light amber maple syrup.
The syrup is heated and boiled to 242 degrees and cooled to 224 degrees and then poured into molds of various shapes while still hot. They are ready to eat when cool. They melt in your mouth! Delicious!
