Maple Cream is cooked to a higher temperature, cooled and stirred to a creamy spread. It is delicious on your toast, bagels, or even English Muffins.
Maple Cream is made from our best light amber maple syrup. It has very smooth texture and can be spread on bagels, hot toast, crackers, used as frosting or can be eaten right out of the jar. What a special treat!
It contains no preservatives so it should be kept refrigerated. If separation occurs in a container–it is normal–just stir back to it’s original consistency.
