Maple Syrup has been produced in Bill Ingles’ family for more than a hundred years as a side line to dairy farming. Bill followed the family tradition as a dairy farmer and maple producer. After retiring from dairy farming Bill, and his wife Ruth, purchased a 50 acre hobby farm in Richfield Springs, New York with a nice Maple Bush.
That was a long time ago and now, for the 2012 maple season, Bill and Ruth have added more taps to their Maple Bush with a total of 1,140 taps.
